Reconnect with Your Body in a Judgment-Free Space
These classes are designed to help you tune in—not criticize. You’ll be guided to notice how movement feels in your body, honoring what it needs without pressure to perform or "fix" anything. It’s about curiosity, not comparison.
Build Trust in Your Body, One Class at a Time
Each session is an opportunity to listen to and trust your body’s cues. You’ll begin to let go of the inner critic and replace it with a compassionate inner coach. There’s no right way to move—just your way. Erica's teaching style is to demonstrate multiple ways to do a movement to give you choice and tune in to your own body to see what feels best.
Experience Movement as a Tool for Self-Compassion
These workouts create space to care for yourself in real time—emotionally, mentally, and physically. You’ll leave class feeling more grounded, more present, and more in tune with yourself—not because you checked a box, but because you chose yourself.

Moves with Erica
In 2019, after 30 years of dieting and using movement as a form of punishment to shrink my body, I realized there had to be a different way, a better way, a way that allowed me to neutralize my thoughts and feelings around my body and movement. More recently, I decided to make my passion on this subject my career and dove in head first in creating this business, with aspirations to help others unlearn so much of what has been instilled in them throughout the years from the diet culture lens. As Christy Harrison, author of Anti Diet says, "Diet culture is the life thief," because of how much time and energy it can suck up, unknowingly. When we're focused on shrinking our bodies, we are constantly thinking about what we can and can't eat, when we can and can't move our bodies, how to punish ourselves for something we ate, our relationships are impacted, and more. This mindset shift doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't happen without support and community, but it's worth it - because you're worth it, because your worth isn't measured by the number on the scale or the size of clothing you wear.
