Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a certified personal trainer who helps women reconnect with joyful, sustainable movement - free from diet culture and shame.
My clients come to me when they’re tired of starting over, frustrated by “rules” that don’t work, and ready to feel good in their bodies again. These free workouts are your first step toward that shift.


Thank you for showing up, sharing your time, and representing larger bodies in the fitness world. Your session brought me more peace than anything else all week. I’ve struggled with exercise for most of my life going all the way back to my first fitness test in 1st grade. I’ve never been naturally coordinated or good at sports.
