Refund & Reschedule Policy

At EveryBODY Moves with Erica, I know life can be unpredictable, and I want to honor both your commitment and my time.

• Refunds: All coaching packages, classes, and programs are non-refundable once purchased.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can find another time that works. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

• Credits: In special circumstances (illness, emergencies), I may offer a credit toward a future session or class at my discretion.

• Trainer Cancellations: If I ever need to cancel, you’ll always have the option to reschedule or receive a full credit for a future session.

My goal is to keep this policy clear, flexible, and fair, while encouraging you to show up for yourself and your movement journey.
