We hold all of our members to these guidelines in order to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

EveryBODY Moves with Erica: Community Guidelines

1. Come As You Are

You don’t need to change your body to belong here. You are welcome exactly as you are—on your best days, hardest days, and everything in between.

2. No Diet Talk or Weight Loss Promotion

We are unlearning the idea that bodies need to shrink to be healthy or worthy. Please avoid:

  • Talking about calories, macros, or “bad/good” foods

  • Sharing intentional weight loss efforts or “before/after” photos

  • Recommending diets, cleanses, or “lifestyle plans”
    If you’re struggling with these thoughts, you’re not alone. We’re here to support you without reinforcing harmful norms.

3. Respect All Bodies and Lived Experiences

We honor all sizes, abilities, races, genders, and backgrounds. Please don’t assume what movement, health, or body image looks like for someone else. Lead with empathy.

4. Privacy = Safety

What’s shared in this community stays in this community. Do not screenshot or share anyone’s post, comment, or story outside the group.

5. Support Over Solutions

When someone shares something vulnerable, offer encouragement, not fixes. Ask before giving advice. Often, listening is the most powerful support we can give.

6. Celebrate Without Comparison

Your progress is your own. Let’s celebrate without comparing. There’s no one “right” way to grow, move, or heal.

7. No Shame, No Hustle Culture

This isn’t a “no excuses” space. You don’t have to push through, perform, or earn your rest. We honor rest, resistance, and the real-life messiness that comes with being human.

8. Movement Is Optional

You do not have to move every day (or even every week) to be part of this community. Your worth is not tied to your activity level. All bodies belong here, in motion or at rest.

9. Keep It Kind + Constructive

No body-shaming, bullying, or passive aggression. Disagreement is okay—disrespect is not. If you see something concerning, message Erica directly so it can be addressed.

10. Admin Moderation

To protect the safety and integrity of this space, the admin reserves the right to remove posts or comments that violate these guidelines or are misaligned with the group’s mission. You’ll always be treated with respect, and any concerns will be handled with compassion.

11. Ask for What You Need

This is your space. Whether you're feeling stuck, celebrating a shift, or just need to be heard—speak up. We’re here to support you.
